  We moved and had to find a new Nationwide Insurance Agency. Found this one and highly recommend Alicia Diaz. She has given us great customer service. Alicia has a very warm and welcoming personality and when we had questions, she was able to answer all of them to our satisfaction. It really makes a difference when someone is "on your side."   As far as Insurance Agents go, The Jones group with Nationwide can't be beat. I usually deal with Lindsey B and she is always helpful. She takes time to look for ways to help save us money by making sure we get all the discounts we can get. I started out with just an auto policy but now have several policies handled through them. If you are shopping for insurance, please make sure you reach out to them and give them a chance. I gave them shot and I am glad I did. It's a family run business and it's nice to know that they pride themselves on that. Plus it's nice to have the peace of mind to know that they will be there when I need them through times of need. Just like my own family!
